About STR Launch
STR Launch was created in 2017 to manage a growing portfolio of short-term rental properties after realizing traditional property management companies fell short on delivering consistent guest experiences.
STR Launch quickly developed systems and processes that provided joyful experiences for guests and increased occupancy rates and revenue. Not long after, STR Launch began offering property management services to other short-term rental investors and struggling hosts.
Today, STR Launch provides a complete suite of solutions for short-term rental investors, including fully managed properties, expert guidance and onboarding, design and staging services, and a variety of tools to help you analyze and manage your properties.
