How do I get started?

We make the process to get your property set up and generating revenue very simple:

1. Schedule a design consultation with us
2. Review and sign our agreement
3. Provide payment for STR Launch Home Setup fee (Essentials, Signature, or Luxury Package)
4. Approve our furniture and home essential proposal
5. Pay for the furniture and home essentials invoice
6. Coordinate the delivery and setup of your furniture and home essentials.

What is the total cost?

We offer 3 design and setup packages (Essentials, Signature, and Luxury) and the price will vary depending on factors such as the number of bedrooms, the layout of the home, style of furniture, and decoration. Below are estimates of what you can expect for the cost of furniture and home essentials based on an Essential package selection:

1 bedroom – $4,500 furniture & $1,500 in home essentials = $6,000 + Design & Setup Fee

2 bedroom – $7,000 furniture & $2,500 in home essentials = $9,500 + Design & Setup Fee

3 bedroom – $9,500 furniture & $3,500 in home essentials = $13,000 + Design & Setup Fee

4 bedroom – $12,000 furniture & $4,600 in home essentials = $16,600 + Design & Setup Fee

How long will it take?
The duration of the design and setup process can vary depending on the package you choose. For our Essentials package, we typically complete the process in as quick as 2 weeks. The Signature package may take approximately 2 to 4 weeks. For our Luxury Package, the entire process may extend up to 5 to 6 weeks. Please note that these are general timelines and may vary based on individual circumstances and specific requirements.
Who is responsible for installation?
Our professional team will handle all aspects of the installation. This includes sourcing furniture and home essentials as well as their setup. Our aim is to provide a hassle-free experience, allowing you to enjoy a fully set-up rental property without the need to lift a finger. All installation responsibilities are included in the package price.
Do we offer discounts for multiple properties/units?
We value and encourage long-term relationships with our clients. If you own multiple properties, we would be happy to discuss volume discounts during our initial consultation. We understand the importance of consistency across your properties and are committed to providing the best value for your investment
